Emanuel Housing Presented with Affordable Housing Design Award

Emanuel Housing in downtown Minneapolis was selected as the recipient of the 2018 Affordable Housing Design Award by AIA Minnesota and The McKnight Foundation.  From the full press release:  “The jury was struck by how the building combine both historic and new structures, with the new structure blending into the old without consuming it.  They also noted the articulating facade and selective use of color, and the crisp design elements throughout.”

Congratulations to Cermak Rhoades Architects and client RS EDEN.
